Terms of Service

By purchasing an adoptable design or commissioning artwork from me you agree to the following terms:- All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds are not available once the artwork, design, or files have been delivered.- Payment confirms that you understand and accept these Terms of Service.- Ownership of an adoptable character transfers to the buyer after full payment is received.- Commissioned artwork is for the client's personal use unless Commercial Use rights have been purchased.- Commercial use is not included unless explicitly purchased or stated in the sale listing.- Reselling, trading, gifting, transferring ownership, or using a character for commercial purposes is only permitted if Commercial Use rights have been purchased.- Minor design edits and obtaining additional artwork of the character are allowed for personal use.- My artwork, designs, characters, and commissions may not be used for AI training, machine learning datasets, image generators, automated content generation, NFTs, blockchain-related projects, or similar technologies.- Uploading my artwork to AI services for training, fine-tuning, data collection, or model development is strictly prohibited.- I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason before work has begun.- Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent disputes after delivery are considered a violation of these Terms of Service. I reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery and communication to the payment processor and refuse future business.- Buyers are responsible for reviewing all listing information before making a purchase.By sending payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
